Key responsibilities include staffing management, such as hiring, onboarding new employees, creating duty rosters, and managing time tracking for timely payroll processing. Additionally, the role encompasses significant financial oversight, including supporting month-end closing, preparing invoices, managing revenue and cost responsibilities, and monitoring budgets. The ideal candidate must possess a completed education in building technology, proven professional experience in a comparable function, excellent German language skills, and proficiency in standard office applications like MS Office and SAP, alongside experience with CAFM systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours and a company car with private use.
