This permanent, full-time role as a Building Services Manager involves the organizational and technical leadership of assigned properties within the building technology sector. You will act as the primary contact for both employees and clients, managing staff duties including hiring, scheduling, and ensuring employee qualifications are maintained. A significant part of the role involves financial oversight, including budget monitoring, revenue/cost responsibility, and supporting timely payroll and monthly closing processes. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and energy reporting standards. To succeed, you must possess a completed qualification in building technology, coupled with over five years of professional experience, including at least two years in a leadership capacity. Strong proficiency in German, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of standard office applications like MS Office and SAP are essential. The position requires a Class B driving license, willingness to travel, and occasional weekend work, offering a supportive team environment, flexible work options, and a secure future.
