This role involves the conceptual and administrative management of third-party funded projects within the International Office, specifically focusing on collaborations with the Turkish-German University. As a Project Administrator, you will handle the coordination of funding projects, ensure compliance with contract management and deadlines, and manage scholarship documentation and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and controlling project finances, statistical evaluation of results, and organizing events. You will act as a key liaison between the faculty, university administration, and external funding bodies. Required Skills
Education

- This is a fixed-term position for parental leave replacement until August 31, 2028. Proficiency in Turkish is desired but not mandatory. The role is based in Bielefeld with the possibility of mobile work (FlexWork).
