As a Cybersecurity Software Engineer, you will play a dual role as both a consultant and an operative developer, focusing on the end-to-end security of software solutions. Your daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing internal cryptography APIs, performing OS updates, and conducting security audits via STIGs. You will be responsible for implementing SBOM scanners, managing Secure Token Authentication (STA), and maintaining management web applications for risk assessment. Beyond coding, you will act as a security advocate by training colleagues, conducting SAST/DAST code analyses, and supporting penetration tests.
