Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the accounts receivable function, including the posting of bank statements and the management of subsequent financial processes. You will play an active part in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, authorizing payment transactions, and ensuring high-quality master data management. Beyond standard accounting, you will handle general ledger entries such as accruals and recurring entries, manage the company fleet, and support tax audits. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to develop cash forecasts and serve as a deputy for the Accounts Receivable Department Head. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter) or a comparable commercial/business qualification.

Experience

  • Practical experience participating in monthly and annual closing processes
  • Proven experience using SAP software in a professional environment
  • Experience in general ledger postings and accruals
