Job Summary
As an AI Innovation Expert at Messe Stuttgart, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data-driven future of one of Germany's leading trade fair organizers. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the company's data and AI landscape, building high-performance architectures, and implementing innovative AI solutions to enhance business processes and digital products. Your daily work involves developing data pipelines, creating AI prototypes such as bots and automation tools, and advising internal departments on data governance and AI application scenarios. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of IT, marketing, and business development, reporting directly to the Director of IT, Digitization & AI. While initially a two-year fixed-term contract, there is a potential for extension as projects evolve. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys transforming complex data into practical, value-added solutions within a stable, public-sector-aligned environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or AI development
- Practical experience with modern data stacks and cloud frameworks
- Experience in developing AI applications, bots, and automation prototypes
- Proven track record in designing data pipelines and middleware interfaces
- Experience working with agile project management methods
