Job Summary

As an IT Engineer for Network and Data Flow Analysis, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of virtualized management systems used to monitor and analyze IP network traffic. Your daily activities will include the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of these systems, with a heavy focus on Linux-based operating systems. You will play a critical role in incident and problem management, performing deep-dive troubleshooting and collaborating with 3rd-level manufacturer support to refine software solutions. This position is particularly unique as it involves working with Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) and utilizes advanced flow-data protocols to ensure network visibility. You will support customers both remotely and through occasional on-site visits, ensuring high system availability through proactive patching and upgrades.
