In this role, you will join LEW Verteilnetz GmbH to support the customer advisory team in managing electricity grid connections across the Bavarian-Swabian region. Your daily responsibilities include processing work orders for house connections and grid services via the iConnect portal, creating construction folders, and managing maintenance orders through the SmartExtranet system. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints both over the phone and in writing with a solution-oriented approach.
