Job Summary

The LEW Service & Consulting GmbH is seeking an IT Specialist to drive the digital transformation within the LEW Group, specifically focusing on network customer services and commercial processes. This role is central to ensuring an excellent customer experience, from meter reading to billing, and guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements for market partners. Day-to-day, the specialist will be actively involved in high-volume operational tasks, process communication (especially with market partners), and systematically improving process quality and transparency within network customer services. A key focus will be on making mass processes in market communication and billing more performant. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification, professional experience (preferably in IT projects or process/change management), and a strong affinity for digitalization and process optimization. This position offers a dynamic environment, high initiative in problem-solving, and a central role in transforming the company's process and system landscape.
