Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of client systems and workplace infrastructure. Your primary tasks include processing incidents and service requests via an ITSM ticketing system, installing and deploying Windows 10/11 clients using SCCM, and managing user and device objects within Active Directory. You will handle the physical setup, cabling, and inventory management of IT hardware, ensuring accurate asset tracking. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical troubleshooting and 1st/2nd level support. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical IT environment
  • Proven experience in handling IT ticketing systems and ITIL-based workflows
  • Practical experience in client deployment and system imaging
  • Experience in hardware installation, cabling, and inventory maintenance
