As the Technical Group Leader for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services in Stendal, you will lead a specialized team of ten professionals focused on federal construction projects in Saxony-Anhalt. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating personnel, overseeing technical building equipment (TGA) projects, and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Sustainable Building (BNB) standards. You will act as a key advisor to stakeholders during the planning and construction phases, ensuring all projects meet strict budget, quality, and timeline requirements. This role is unique for its focus on large-scale public sector infrastructure and federal construction management, offering a stable, permanent position within a modern administrative environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Energy and Heat Technology, Telecommunications, or Building Automation.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public construction administration, construction operations, or engineering planning offices
  • Initial leadership experience in a professional setting
  • Extensive experience with technical building automation, electrical, or mechanical systems
  • Proven experience in project controlling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience in managing external planning offices and contractors
