Job Summary

As a Project Manager for MEP Systems specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will take full responsibility for the planning and design of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and specialized building projects. Your daily activities will span the entire project lifecycle, covering HOAI service phases 1 through 9, including construction management, quality control, and schedule monitoring. You will also provide expert consulting services during technical inspections and building evaluations. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering, or qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman specializing in Utilities Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or building services
  • Proven experience in project management and handling HOAI service phases
  • Practical experience in construction management and site monitoring
  • Expertise in technical regulations including DIN, VOB A-C, and HOAI
  • Experience with CAD and technical calculation software
