Job Summary

This high-impact leadership role involves spearheading one of the largest infrastructure programs in the energy transition, specifically focusing on High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) projects in Southern Germany. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will manage schedules, costs, and quality for major grid expansion projects while leading interdisciplinary project teams. Beyond project execution, you will be responsible for market development, expanding customer relationships, and building entire network expansion programs including 110 kV regional grids, substations, and the integration of renewable energy. This position is designed to evolve into a program management role overseeing multiple grid expansion initiatives.
