Job Summary

As a Portfolio Execution Manager for Sweet and Dry Beverages at Symrise, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of flavors and ingredients. Your daily responsibilities include executing portfolio activities aligned with strategic priorities, maintaining accurate product data, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure portfolio competitiveness. You will actively participate in customer tastings, support proactive portfolio initiatives, and identify opportunities for complexity reduction. This role is unique for its blend of technical product knowledge and strategic business operations, requiring you to bridge the gap between application expertise and data-driven management. Based in Holzminden, this full-time position is initially offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract, providing an opportunity to work within a global market leader in the fragrance and flavor industry.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training or University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a Business/Commercial field.

Experience

Professional experience in the food and flavor industry, specifically with flavors, ingredients, or application areas
Proven experience in portfolio or product lifecycle management
Demonstrated experience in project management within cross-functional environments
Experience in analytical data management and structured workflow execution
