As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality First and Second Level support for a major European IT service provider serving federal clients. Your daily tasks will include managing ticket systems, installing and commissioning client hardware via SCCM, and administering user accounts and passwords within Active Directory. You will also handle physical asset management, including the setup, cabling, and decommissioning of workstation equipment at customer sites. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical IT environment
  • Proven experience in operating system installation and workstation deployment
  • Practical experience in user administration and password management via Active Directory
  • Experience in hardware asset management and physical workstation setup
