Job Summary

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead large-scale international programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered within agreed-upon time, budget, and quality standards. Your daily responsibilities will span both plan-driven (waterfall) and agile methodologies. In plan-driven phases, you will manage business cases and coordinate with security and architecture experts. In agile phases, you will lead delivery teams, collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and user stories, and act as a primary contact for business stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on risk, stakeholder, and change management while fostering a self-organizing environment for virtual, international teams. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of professional IT experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading medium to large-scale plan-driven or agile projects/programs
  • Proven experience in business process improvement and IT solution implementation
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing international, virtual teams toward self-organization
  • Extensive experience in proactive risk and change management
