The specialist will support the entire lifecycle of digital applications, managing daily operations, driving improvement initiatives, and participating in digitalization projects. Key responsibilities include incident, problem, and vulnerability management using ServiceNow, shaping application roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple international sites. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical issues into clear communications and use data analysis tools like Power BI to present insights, bridging the gap between laboratory needs and digital solutions.
