As a Senior OT Security Manager for DB Energie, you will take ownership of operational technology security within Germany's critical rail infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve developing and implementing robust security measures to protect OT systems from evolving threats. You will act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring security requirements are integrated into technical specifications and project documentation. A significant portion of the role involves leading OT security teams, managing patch and vulnerability processes, and representing security interests across various organizational levels. Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, (Electrical) Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in (IT/)OT security.

Experience

  • Several years of practical professional experience in OT security
  • Extensive experience with IT/OT security standards such as DIN ISO/IEC 27000 and BSI-Grundschutz
  • Professional experience in energy supply or electronic systems is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in leading and coordinating security teams within project environments
  • Experience in presenting complex technical and strategic topics to diverse stakeholder levels
