Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Specialist to join the Contilia network, supporting vital healthcare infrastructure across clinics, practices, and senior living facilities in the central Ruhr area. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution for IT solutions directly on-site. You will manage the full lifecycle of client hardware—including PCs, thin clients, and notebooks—from installation and delivery to removal. A crucial part of the job is providing competent technical support to end-users, analyzing hardware and software issues, and executing IT rollouts, migrations, and relocations in close collaboration with infrastructure and application teams. The ideal candidate holds a technical IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist or System Technician) and brings initial professional experience, particularly with Windows, Office, networking, and client/network technologies. Experience with medical information systems, Thin Clients, and Citrix is highly advantageous. This position requires a service-oriented approach, excellent teamwork, and a valid Class B driving license, offering attractive compensation and flexible working models.
