Job Summary

This role involves acting as a crucial IT Application Administrator, specializing in Medical Information Systems within the Contilia healthcare network. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing second-level support, configuring clinical IT applications, and resolving technical issues, often collaborating with external vendors and service providers. You will serve as a consultant to specialist departments and key users, gathering and detailing business requirements to ensure the implementation of tailored solutions. A key focus is steering projects related to the introduction of new applications, components, and interfaces, while also administering critical systems like KIS, PACS, and LIS in physical and virtual environments. To succeed, you must possess a background as an IT Specialist or hold a degree in Informatics/Medical Informatics, coupled with strong knowledge of clinical and administrative hospital processes. Ideally, candidates bring at least two years of experience in a medical IT setting and demonstrate service orientation and analytical thinking.
