Job Summary

This role seeks an Onsite IT Support Specialist in Walsrode to join a leading European IT solutions provider. The specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive support of the IT landscape, focusing on client devices, peripherals, and networks. Daily tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, analyzing IT system malfunctions, and handling technical inquiries within the IT support structure. A key component of the role involves working with ticketing systems, documenting solutions, and assisting with technical escalation management. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent), professional experience in onsite hardware and OS support, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and networking skills (Layer 1-3 switching). Excellent German and English skills, along with a Class B driving license, are mandatory for this position, which offers a competitive salary and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
