Job Summary

This role involves working as a Shift Leader or Pharmaceutical Coordinator in Biberach, focusing on the planning, organization, supervision, evaluation, and documentation of qualification processes for testing personnel within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing internal processes, creating error patterns and test sets, and managing projects. A critical component is ensuring strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and EHS policies.
