Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Specialist with server system expertise to join a mid-sized company in Wiesbaden, focusing on maintaining a stable and secure IT infrastructure. The position involves acting as an IT all-rounder, supporting the operation and maintenance of existing server systems, and actively participating in the analysis and further development of these environments. Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, managing hardware components, installing and configuring end-user devices, and documenting technical processes within a ticket system. The ideal candidate must possess experience with Windows Server/Clients, MS365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra), and fundamental knowledge of networking, firewalls (Fortinet), and virtualization (VMware, NetApp). Strong German language skills are required, making this a crucial role for ensuring operational continuity and user support.
