Job Summary

This role involves managing the entire product portfolio lifecycle for Sweet & Dry Beverages, ensuring the Flavor and Ingredients portfolio remains relevant and competitive. The manager will execute and align portfolio activities with strategic priorities, working closely with various internal teams including Strategic Portfolio Value Chain and Request Coordinators. Day-to-day tasks include executing the portfolio life cycle, participating in customer and proactive project tastings, and maintaining accurate product data and documentation (including 6-digit codes and status changes). A key focus is complexity reduction within the portfolio and supporting promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate requires vocational training or higher education in Food Science/Technology or a commercial field, robust experience in the food and flavor industry, proficiency in data management tools like Advanced Excel, and strong communication skills to thrive in this cross-functional, execution-focused position.
