Job Summary

This role is critical for maintaining a best-in-class Flavor and Ingredients portfolio within the Sweet & Dry Beverages category. The Portfolio Execution Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of the product portfolio life cycle, ensuring all activities align with strategic priorities and governance guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include executing life cycle stages, maintaining accurate product data (including 6-digit codes and status changes), supporting customer and proactive project tastings with product knowledge, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate portfolio needs (new products, enhancements, removals). The ideal candidate requires a background in Food Science, Food Technology, or a Commercial field, coupled with professional experience in the food and flavor industry, strong analytical capabilities, and advanced proficiency in data management tools like Excel.
