Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the successful digital future of the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by managing the transition and integration of new standard applications into operational status. As a Transition Manager/Application Integrator within the DevSecOps organization, you will be responsible for creating and executing transition plans, coordinating work packages, and ensuring operational readiness for new software solutions. Key responsibilities include defining IT operational concepts, overseeing testing activities, and conducting delta analyses of transition criteria. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, approximately four years of relevant professional experience in application introduction, and expert knowledge in IT Service Management, ITIL, and agile methodologies. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work within a high-security IT environment, contributing directly to Germany's security capabilities.
