Job Summary

This role involves taking on the Deputy Head of Tax position and acting as a Senior Tax Manager, providing comprehensive legal and tax support for legally capable foundations and trust foundations. The professional will be responsible for reviewing and supporting specific tax issues within the company and the group structure, assisting in preparing tax returns, balances, and reports, and reviewing tax calculations for quarterly and annual financial statements. A key focus is managing tax issues related to foundation asset investments, communicating with external tax consultants and authorities, and optimizing tax processes, including Tax Compliance Systems. The ideal candidate requires a background in business administration or law with a tax focus, fundamental knowledge of Financial Services Tax, and experience in the foundation sector, preferably in legal or tax consulting, making this a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of a major German foundation center.
