Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive legal and tax support for legally capable foundations and fiduciary trusts, serving as the Deputy Head of Tax. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for qualified examination and support of specific tax issues within the company and the group structure, including assisting with the preparation of tax returns, tax balances, and tax reporting. Key tasks also include analyzing tax law changes, developing and optimizing tax processes (such as Tax Compliance Systems), and advising internal departments on tax matters. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration or law with a focus on taxation, possesses fundamental knowledge of Financial Services Tax, and ideally has professional experience in foundation work or non-profit law.
