Job Summary

Join DFT, a specialized machine builder focusing on sorting and sequencing systems for e-commerce and logistics, as a PLC Developer. This role is crucial for the continuous evolution of the company's material handling solutions, particularly for hanging and lying goods systems. You will be responsible for the independent development and standardization of complex PLC software based on DFT standards, designing intelligent control concepts using real-time systems, and creating user-friendly graphical interfaces to optimize commissioning and maintenance. A key part of the job involves defining and integrating measurement and statistical data for analysis tools, and actively planning, executing, and documenting software tests on live systems until final customer acceptance. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering with an information technology background and preferably has experience in PLC programming for sorting systems, coupled with a structured and meticulous approach to problem-solving.
