Job Summary

This role involves ensuring excellent technical service for 3D-Finishing systems across Europe. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites. Key duties include providing on-site technical support, conducting remote installations and maintenance from the Planegg office, performing telephone-based problem analysis, and training key users on equipment operation fundamentals. The successful candidate must have a completed professional education as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or Electrical Engineer, coupled with 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience. This position requires a high degree of service orientation, strong collaboration skills with development and sales teams, good proficiency in both German and English, and a willingness to travel approximately 60% within Europe.
