Job Summary

This role involves ensuring excellent technical service for 3D-Finishing systems across Europe. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites. Key duties include training customer key-users on basic system operation and conducting remote installations, maintenance, and telephone-based problem analysis from the Planegg office. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, close collaboration with the development team to improve products, and interaction with product management and sales departments. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering and 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience, along with a willingness to travel approximately 60% within Europe.
