This role is for a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the central product expert for Compact Motion drive technology, including Servo, Stepper, DC, and BLDC drives, within a continuously growing, international family-owned high-tech company. The core responsibilities involve acting as the primary contact point for product inquiries, analyzing specific technical questions regarding drive components and control systems, and collaborating closely with product management and development teams. A significant part of the job includes providing practical, solution-oriented support to customers via remote maintenance and on-site visits to ensure rapid and smooth system commissioning. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with fundamental knowledge of automation and drive technology.
