This role involves executing critical non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, such as Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), primarily on hydraulic components, fiber composite solutions, and welded structures manufactured by Liebherr-Components Kirchdorf GmbH. The specialist will be responsible for evaluating and meticulously documenting test results according to applicable standards, regulations, and customer specifications, including the creation of detailed test reports. Success requires a technical background, ideally as a Materials Tester or Industrial Mechanic, coupled with desirable certification in NDT methods (VT, MT, UT) according to DIN EN ISO 9712. The position demands close collaboration with production and welding technology teams, supporting quality assurance decisions, and utilizing MS Office and ERP/CAQ systems effectively. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in handling testing equipment, measuring instruments, and test reports
