Job Summary

This role involves designing and developing novel test systems specifically for power semiconductors, focusing heavily on reliability and failure analysis. The engineer will be responsible for identifying semiconductor failure modes, creating concepts for efficient simulation of these modes, and monitoring degradation parameters. A key part of the job includes networking with global research groups to advance the implementation of new test methodologies and contributing to standardization efforts, particularly according to ECPE/AQG-324. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Electrical Engineering or a related field, practical experience in reliability testing (especially power-cycling) of power semiconductors, and knowledge of standards like AQG324.
