Job Summary
As the Technical Lead for Human Capital Management (HCM), you will serve as a vital bridge between internal HR departments and IT systems. You will be responsible for advising HR stakeholders on process optimization, translating business needs into technical specifications, and designing interfaces for cross-functional data exchange. A significant portion of the role involves overseeing the SAP HCM landscape, including managing the roadmap toward H4S4 and ensuring data governance. You will coordinate with various departments such as Procurement, Data Protection, and Cyber Security while managing external service providers. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of high-level IT architecture, hands-on project management (both Agile and Waterfall), and vendor coordination. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in IT, Digitalization, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience with SAP and non-SAP HR applications
- Proven experience in project management using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in the management and coordination of external service providers
- Professional background in translating business requirements into technical IT specifications
- Experience in IT architecture integration and system governance

Additional
- Must be able to coordinate with internal stakeholders including the Works Council (Betriebsrat), Data Protection, and Cyber Security departments. Location-based role requiring independent working style and strong communication skills.
