Job Summary

This role as a Network Control System Engineer involves ensuring the robust IT security and continuous operation of central and decentralized network control technology components. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and ongoing development of the core network control system and related steering systems. A key focus is on managing and integrating advanced systems for attack detection within the Operational Technology (OT) environment. The engineer will also be responsible for organizing and implementing technical measures crucial for the planning, construction, and operation phases of the network control infrastructure, alongside creating detailed technical documentation for network and process control technology. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Technology, or IT Technology, coupled with fundamental knowledge of network, grid control, and process control technologies. Experience in operating energy supply networks, especially power grids, is highly beneficial.
