Job Summary

This role is for an experienced PLC Programmer focused on connecting people and technology to optimize production and automation processes, driving the shift towards Industry 4.0. Day-to-day responsibilities include programming complex PLC controls for systems, particularly in special machine construction, and managing the entire project lifecycle from functional discussions and programming through to commissioning. You will also be responsible for adapting existing applications to new requirements, implementing innovative solutions, and providing on-site service and optimization for existing systems at customer locations. Successful candidates will possess a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, extensive knowledge of PLC controls, and proven programming experience with platforms like Siemens S7, TIA-Portal, or CoDeSys.
