Job Summary

As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and advancing the IT workplace infrastructure, specifically focusing on Windows environments, Intune, and SCCM. Your daily routine involves providing on-site and remote user support using tools like TeamViewer to resolve complex network, client, and workplace issues. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining end-user devices and software while collaborating with global teams to optimize LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructures. This position is highly collaborative, involving participation in regional infrastructure projects across Central Europe using agile methodologies and acting as a technical point of contact for local IT concerns. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software
  • Experience working with ITIL-based ITSM systems
