Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping and advancing the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing ITSM processes, specifically adhering to ITIL standards. A key aspect of the job is close collaboration with operational IT teams to standardize working methods and expand service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining process and service descriptions, policies, and supporting the digitalization and automation of service processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, possesses fundamental knowledge of IT Service Management, practical ITIL experience, and familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools. Strong process understanding, communication skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and varied position, which offers continuous opportunities for professional growth.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; OCEB certification beneficial but not required.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service Management
