Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Design Engineer for a leading German manufacturer of bespoke awning and sun protection systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, optimization, creation, and realization of electrical components within these systems. Key daily tasks include defining concepts with planning and design managers, developing system details, creating and maintaining bills of materials and schematic diagrams, and producing 3D components and 2D drawings. You will also serve as a contact point for the service hotline regarding electrical customer issues, support manufacturing with electrical problem-solving, and train staff. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CAD software, ideally Solidworks, to handle both national and international projects.
