Electrical Design Engineer | Elektrokonstrukteur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

The Electrical Design Engineer will be instrumental in the planning, optimization, creation, and realization of innovative sun protection systems for a leading German manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with planning and design managers to define concepts, optimizing existing products, and developing system details. This role requires self-sufficiently creating technical product and delivery specifications, managing bill of materials and variant-specific circuit diagrams, and producing 3D components and 2D drawings. The engineer will also serve as a key contact for the service hotline regarding electrical customer issues, support manufacturing with electrical problem-solving, and provide employee training. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and experience with CAD software, preferably Solidworks, coupled with good written and spoken English skills for international projects.
