Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to participate in the establishment and ramp-up of the new artillery rocket factory in Unterlüß. The Industrial Foreman will be responsible for building the entire manufacturing team, overseeing personnel selection, onboarding, and detailed scheduling for shift operations. Key day-to-day tasks include monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, and coordinating closely with production planning and logistics departments. The role requires strong technical understanding, high quality and safety consciousness, and proven leadership skills to guide and develop the team. Candidates must possess an Industrial Master qualification in a relevant field and expertise in hazardous materials/goods regulations (ADR, IATA, IMDG).
