Job Summary

As the Head of Technology Strategy & Partnerships, you will lead the strategic direction of an electronics hub, focusing on the integration of cutting-edge electronics, software, and artificial intelligence into defense and security products. Your day-to-day will involve developing innovation strategies in close coordination with executive management and serving as the central point of contact for various divisions regarding technological advancements. A core part of this role is building and maintaining high-level strategic partnerships with industry leaders, startups, and research institutions. You will bridge the gap between engineering and portfolio management to ensure new technologies are successfully integrated into the product lifecycle. This position is ideal for a visionary leader who can foster an innovation-driven culture while managing interdisciplinary, distributed teams. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological future of a major defense player, requiring a blend of technical foresight and entrepreneurial thinking, potentially including P&L responsibility.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in establishing and managing strategic cooperation, partnerships, and strategy work
  • Proven leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary and distributed departments
  • Professional experience in military development environments is desirable
  • Experience in entrepreneurial thinking, ideally with P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in technology trends such as AI, software-defined systems, or digitalization
