Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join the team building the Artillery Rocket Launcher plant in Unterlüß as the Master of Filling & Curing. The role is critical for establishing the manufacturing team, involving personnel selection, onboarding, and deployment planning within a shift system. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the commissioning and ramp-up of facilities, ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations, and creating duty rosters based on employee qualifications. You will also coordinate closely with work preparation, scheduling, and production planning, monitor manufacturing processes, and lead and develop team members. Key requirements include advanced training as an Industrial Master in Chemistry (or equivalent process engineering qualification), combined with professional and leadership experience, particularly in industrial filling technology.
