This is a full-time, permanent position as the Faculty Managing Director for the newly established Faculty of Engineering Sciences at a major university, starting November 1, 2026. The role involves the operational leadership of the faculty, overseeing the Dean's office, and managing administrative staff. Key responsibilities include strategic personnel planning, comprehensive financial management of the faculty's budget, and steering quality management initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the primary internal and external administrative contact, support the Dean in appointment procedures, and manage reporting obligations and structural development planning. This leadership position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Business, or Law) and significant professional experience in administrative leadership with personnel and financial responsibility. Excellent organizational skills, strategic foresight, and fluent German and English are mandatory for success in this demanding and high-responsibility role.
