Job Summary

The University Administration is seeking a dedicated Energy Manager to comprehensively expand and digitize the existing energy management system for approximately 180 university buildings. This role is central to achieving significant energy savings and climate protection goals for the university's overall balance. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular energy monitoring and controlling, developing process manuals and reports, and managing projects focused on energy-saving measures and efficiency analyses. The manager will also be responsible for expanding the metering concept and digital energy data acquisition, alongside advising on energy efficiency and economic viability in new construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in natural or engineering sciences, possesses long-term experience in energy technology or consulting, and demonstrates proven project management skills, strong communication, and a highly motivated, goal-oriented work style.
