Job Summary

This role involves designing and implementing innovative, modern IT security solutions to protect the organization's infrastructure and data from threats, focusing specifically on network security. Day-to-day tasks include conducting security analyses, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and proactively implementing measures with quality assurance. The administrator will monitor, develop, and document these solutions to maintain a consistently high level of IT security across the organization. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is key for analyzing security requirements and developing tailored network security solutions. Candidates should possess a university degree (Bachelor/Diploma) or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in securing IP networks, and strong knowledge of network security systems, firewalls, and the Internet protocol family (SSL, HTTP, SMTP, SSH, FTP). Excellent German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a structured, independent work style and strong communication abilities.
