Job Summary
This role involves the independent coordination of complex projects within the ventilation and/or heating technology sectors, requiring close collaboration with planning offices and on-site installation personnel. The Project Manager is responsible for comprehensive site management, covering everything from detailed planning and material/service procurement to ensuring timely and quality-compliant project acceptance. Key day-to-day tasks include autonomous material sourcing, preparing customer invoicing, and participating in site meetings and internal coordination sessions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering/Building Services (TGA), a technician qualification in supply engineering, or a Master's certification in SHK plant mechanics, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and plumbing. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational skills, commitment, and the ability to work independently, reporting directly to the management team.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering/Building Services (TGA), or certified Supply Engineering Technician, or Master SHK Plant Mechanic, or Technical System Planner (formerly Technical Draftsman)
Experience
- 3 years professional experience in heating, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC/Sanitary)
- Professional experience in project coordination and site control
- Experience managing material and service procurement
