Job Summary

This role involves the autonomous management and control of urban district and building construction projects for a leading German mass-house builder. The professional will act as the client representative, coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with building and urban planning regulations, and driving the development and execution of high-rise and district concepts. Key daily activities include managing project budgets, cost calculation, and scheduling, as well as conducting site inspections, documentation, and quality control. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and possesses at least three years of professional experience in project development, coupled with strong knowledge of planning and construction contract law.
