Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Civil Engineer within the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport, focusing on the coordination and management of new construction projects in earthworks and road construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating workflows, preparing tender documents, conducting local surveys, and professionally guiding site supervision staff, including external engineering firms. The engineer will also be responsible for processing awarded contracts, handling supplementary offers and claims, and monitoring warranty claims. - For salary group E12 TV-L, long-term practical experience (at least 3 years) is required
- Professional experience in coordinating workflows for new construction projects
- Professional experience in processing awarded contracts and handling supplementary offers
